Medicare Supplements (Medigap)

Medicare Supplement is specifically designed to pay all or most of the bills not covered by Medicare Part A and B. The Plans are federally standardized, meaning that every company is required to provide equal coverage for each lettered plan. The Medicare Supplement insurance is sold as a series of lettered plans (A, B, C, D, F, G, K, L, M, N) by private insurance companies. Depending on what state you live in, will determine what plan is best for you.

Having Medicare Supplement coverage offers the comfort of knowing that you can seek the best medical care nationwide and likely have little or no expense out of your pocket. We can help guide you through your options and determine which plan, best meets your needs.

Medicare Advantage or Part C

Medicare Advantage or Part C is sometimes called a “bundled” health insurance plan. Medicare Advantage has all of the benefits of Medicare Part A and Part B, except for Hospice. You must still pay the Part B premium to Medicare and you are still covered under Medicare for Hospice.

Medicare Advantage normally includes a Prescription Drug Plan, a Dental and Vision Plan, and may include a Hearing Plan and or a Wellness Plan. A Medicare Supplement Plan cannot be used with a Medicare Advantage Plan.

Most carriers have a Medicare Advantage Plan and they are sold Private Insurance Carriers, just like Medicare Supplement Plans. Comprehensive Medicare Solutions can assist you in finding a Medicare Advantage Plan that best suits your needs and finances.

Dental and Vision Insurance

Original Medicare does not come with dental and vision insurance, unless the work is related to a disease or accident. That is why it is important to seek both dental and vision insurance.
